This website is operated by NÉRA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to NÉRA. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

NÉRA offers women's fashion products, including but not limited to:

Dresses
Two-piece sets
Tops
Coordinated outfits
Casual and occasion wear
Other ready-to-wear fashion items

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

PRICING

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

NÉRA reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

PAYMENT METHOD

Orders are paid via InstaPay upon delivery after the customer has inspected and tried on the item.

ORDER INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE

Customers are entitled to inspect and try on their order upon delivery before making payment.

Once the customer approves the item and completes payment, the order is considered accepted and finalized.

After acceptance and payment:

No returns are permitted.
No refunds are provided.
No exchanges are accepted.

ORDER REFUSAL

If a customer chooses not to keep the item after inspection and fitting, the order may be returned with the courier.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges, including:

Original delivery fee
Return shipping fee

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If a customer receives:

An incorrect product, or
A product damaged during shipping,

NÉRA will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after reviewing the reported issue.

Customers must notify us promptly and provide supporting photos when applicable.
