OVERVIEW

This website is operated by NÉRA. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to NÉRA. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

PRODUCTS

NÉRA offers women's fashion products, including but not limited to:

Dresses
Two-piece sets
Tops
Coordinated outfits
Casual and occasion wear
Other ready-to-wear fashion items

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

PRICING

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

NÉRA reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

PAYMENT METHOD

Orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) directly to our courier at the time of delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Once your order is delivered and paid for, it is considered accepted. You have the right to request a return or refund within 3 hours of receiving your order.

To request a return, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram within this 3-hour window with your order number and reason for return. Once confirmed, we will send a courier to collect the item(s) from you promptly.

Refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected. It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags attached. Items that don't meet this condition will not be accepted for return or refunded.

Once we receive and confirm the returned item(s), your refund will be issued via InstaPay. Delivery fees are non-refundable: 150 EGP for the original delivery and 150 EGP for the return pickup (300 EGP total) will be deducted from your refund.

Requests made after the 3-hour window will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If a customer receives:

An incorrect product, or
A product damaged during shipping,

NÉRA will arrange a replacement at no additional cost after reviewing the reported issue.

Customers must notify us promptly and provide supporting photos when applicable.

is the property of NÉRA and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

NÉRA reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
