PAYMENT
Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD), collected by our courier at the time of delivery.
RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY
If you're not satisfied with your order, you have 3 hours after receiving it to request a return. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram within this window and we will send a courier to collect the item.
Refunds are processed only after the item is received and inspected. It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused, with tags attached — items that don't meet this condition will not be accepted for return or refunded. A return delivery fee of 150 EGP applies in addition to the original 150 EGP delivery fee, both deducted from your refund.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that arrived damaged, contact us with photos as soon as possible. We will replace it at no additional cost, and no delivery or return fees apply in this case.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. NÉRA is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
