ORDER INSPECTION BEFORE PAYMENT
Customers are allowed to inspect and try on their order upon delivery before completing payment. This allows customers to ensure that the product meets their expectations regarding size, fit, and appearance.
NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES AFTER ACCEPTANCE
Once the customer approves the item and completes payment to the courier, the order is considered accepted and final.
NÉRA does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges after payment has been completed.
ORDER REFUSAL UPON DELIVERY
If a customer chooses not to accept the order after inspection or fitting, the order may be returned with the courier.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including the original delivery fee and the return shipping fee.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If a customer receives an incorrect item or a product that arrived damaged, NÉRA will replace the item at no additional cost.
Customers must contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos of the issue for verification.
